Rafiq Al Subai’i

Rafiq Al Subai’i was a Syrian actor and monologue , born in Al-Buzouriya neighborhood , in the city of Damascus and died there. One of the pioneers of art in Syria, he grew up on the dream of art, defying the will of the father, and the assumptions of the ocean, which was not easy in the Levant after independence, as the actor was called “The Personalities” and he considered acting as a social defect that forced him to start with an artistic name, “Rafik Sulaiman". Member of the Syrian Artists Syndicate since March 1, 1968 .
