Nidal Sejri is a Syrian actor , born in Lattakia . He is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus . He is married to writer Sundus Barhoum and has two sons. He became a member of the Syrian Artists Syndicate on September 17, 1991, and participated in many theatrical, film and television works. In the last years of his life, Al-Sijri suffered from throat cancer , which led to the removal of his throat, and then appeared in a silent roles .
