Bassam Kousa is a Syrian actor from Aleppo famous for his performance in the historical Levantine series since its inception from the " Ayam Shamiya " to " Bab Al-Hara " to " Tahoun Al Shar " to " Al Gherbal " . He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Department of Sculpture, in addition to being an actor and theater director . He worked at the beginning in the university theater and then in the national theater and participated in many jury committees in film festivals and won many awards, including the 2005 Adonijah Prize for his long artistic career and all of his previous works .
